This ecological pilot project is one of the first Baugruppe real estate projects in Vauban. With an energy efficiency that leads to a significant reduction in its ecological footprint, this 4 storey building ranks among the pioneer projects of “passive houses” in Germany. Open floor plans allow maximum flexibility in case of any change of use.
