Energy-efficient facade refurbishment
Minimising the energy loss and improving the day light situation inside the building have been the main goals in redevelopment of this 1960s office tower. We kept its original appearance, though enhanced by using fibre-reinforced concrete for its new façade. Furthermore, a new solar roof has been placed over the existing car park.
